CiviDiscount

The CiviDiscount extension for CiviCRM makes it easy to offer discounts on event registrations, memberships, and contributions. You can create and manage discount codes, set rules for when they apply (like specific events, dates, or contact types), and track how they’re used. It’s a convenient way to reward supporters, promote events, or offer special pricing — all directly within CiviCRM.

Mosaico

The Mosaico extension for CiviCRM is a user-friendly email builder that helps you create beautiful, responsive email campaigns. It features a drag-and-drop editor with customizable templates, so you can design professional newsletters and announcements without any coding. Mosaico integrates directly with CiviCRM mailing lists, making it easy to send, track, and manage all your email communications in one place.

Google Analytics

This extension links CiviCRM with Google Analytics to capture deeper insights into how people interact with your contribution and event pages. It tracks events (for example, when someone changes the donation amount or moves through registration steps) and e-commerce data (how much money came in, and via which traffic sources). This helps you see not just who visited, but what actions they took and how much value those actions generated.

Alinto

The Alinto SMS Provider extension enables organizations to send SMS messages directly from CiviCRM. By integrating with Alinto’s high-performance SMS gateway, this extension allows for both individual and bulk text messaging to mobile phone users. It’s particularly useful for sending reminders, confirmations, or alerts to contacts, enhancing communication efficiency. Alinto is a French company specializing in email and SMS services, providing secure and reliable messaging solutions.

MailGun

The Mailgun extension allows organizations to send emails through Mailgun’s reliable email delivery service directly from within CiviCRM. It improves deliverability and tracking by handling messages, bounces, and complaints automatically. This means your newsletters, event invites, and donation receipts reach inboxes more consistently, while Mailgun reports back to CiviCRM with delivery data so you can keep your mailing lists accurate and up to date.

Elastic Email

The Elastic Email extension allows CiviCRM to send emails using the Elastic Email service. It routes your newsletters, notifications, and transactional messages through Elastic Email’s infrastructure, helping ensure better delivery rates and tracking. Failed messages (bounces) and other delivery feedback are reported back into CiviCRM, so your email lists stay clean and you can see how well your emails performed.

AWS SES

The AWS SES extension allows CiviCRM to integrate with Amazon’s Simple Email Service (SES) for sending emails, while handling bounce and complaint messages automatically. When installed, it processes reports from AWS SES about emails that fail (bounces) or that people mark as spam (complaints), and records that information in CiviCRM so your mailing lists stay cleaner and email statistics stay accurate. It uses AWS’s native bounce and complaint types rather than trying to force them into CiviCRM’s default categories.

AirMail

Airmail is a tool that helps CiviCRM understand what happens to emails you send — whether they bounce, are marked as spam, etc. It works with various SMTP email services (like Amazon SES, SendGrid, Elastic Email) to process notification events about email delivery. When something goes wrong (for example, an email doesn’t deliver or someone complains), Airmail picks that up and records it in your CiviCRM system so your email lists stay clean and accurate.

MessageMedia

The MessageMedia SMS extension lets organizations send and receive SMS messages directly from CiviCRM using MessageMedia’s SMS gateway. All message data is stored and processed in Australia (which helps meet privacy law requirements there). It logs each SMS as an activity against contacts, so you can see who was messaged and when. Setup is fairly simple: you install the extension, configure your MessageMedia API credentials, and then choose MessageMedia as the SMS provider.

Mocean

The MoceanAPI SMS extension lets you send individual, bulk, or scheduled SMS messages from within CiviCRM using the MoceanAPI gateway. Once installed and configured, you can compose and schedule text messages to your contacts. The system sends them through MoceanAPI’s SMS service and keeps track of the messaging activities in CiviCRM
