Work with a Partner

Partners are among the top-most experts in CiviCRM, providing insights, customizations and advanced integrations that maximize your organization’s entire technology suite. They are ideal for complex implementations, migrations, and ongoing support.
Partners vary in size, focus areas, technical skill, geographic location, etc. The list below is intended to provide you a short list of potential partners with which to work. We recommend that you explore potential partners in greater detail to ensure they are a good fit for your organization.
Like all CRM’s (yeah, all of them!), CiviCRM is complex and can benefit from the experience of a vetted professional. If you’re outsourcing technical implementation and support to a provider that isn’t on the list below or that isn’t an active contributor, you might want to reconsider.
If you think it’s expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.

Use the filters below to identify ideal partners with which to work. Note that the list below displays partners based on your language preference. To view all partners, select English.

We understand that, for new users, “CRM-speak” can feel pretty foreign. Use the explanations below to help understand how best to use the filters we provide to locate a suitable partner for your organization.
Use if the partner’s geographic location is important
The country filters reflects where partners have a physical presence and/or where they have developed a sufficient client base such that they understand the working environment, regulations, etc., and can therefore readily support new clients.
For those that prefer stability to new features.

Unless otherwise indicated, partners support the latest stable version of CiviCRM which is freely available at https://civicrm.org/download.

Some partners also support an altnerate version of CiviCRM that may be ideally suited to your needs.

  • Extended Security Release – an older version of CiviCRM that receives only security updates. This improves stability be reduces new feature adoption.
Important if you want CiviCRM integrated with your CMS
For many, integration with one of the leading open source CMS’s is a must have feature. These integrations are ideal for organizations that need additional functionality and that want to provide a more integrated website and CRM to their constituents.
  • Standalone (no CMS) – the default version of CiviCRM where no CMS is needed. You can install and use CiviCRM with or without a website or website CMS. If you’re using a supported CMS integation, you may consider the version of CiviCRM that matches your CMS.

Use this filter if you’re looking for a specific hosting type

CiviCRM is incredibly flexible, allowing you and your provider various methods of hosting and managing it. Still, you may have a preference for one type over another.

  • DIY Hosting – the traditional method of hosting CiviCRM, typically in a shared hosting environment. Tried and tested, this hosting option can be an excellent starting point for many. Depending on your partner, you may or may not have access to the cPanel hosting interface.
  • Cloud Hosting – a hosting environment built specifically to provision and manage a unique instance of CiviCRM and a website CMS. This is a good option that can be fast to set up and generally eliminates any technical overhead for organizations. You simply sign up, and log in and use the system! Typically organizations pay a monthly subscription.
  • Managed Hosting – for organizations that want turnkey hosting and services, or for larger organizations with lots of data or technical complexities, managed hosting may be the way to go. This option is the most flexible and likely affords your organization with the most capabilities, however it may be more expensive than other options.
