The CiviMobileAPI extension enables your CiviCRM system to communicate with the CiviMobile app, turning your mobile device into a functional CRM tool. Once installed, it allows the app to securely access and manipulate key CiviCRM features — such as viewing and updating contacts, managing event registrations and check-ins, logging activities, handling memberships, and syncing offline changes. This means staff can work efficiently in the field (even without full internet access) and have all updates automatically reflected in your main CiviCRM system when they reconnect.
