Riding Forward: How IMBA Leverages CiviCRM to Grow Trails and Community

Leading the way in creating, enhancing, and protecting places for mountain cycling across the country and beyond, the mission of the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) is to increase access to trails both close to home and in the backcountry across the nation. With more than 35 years of advocacy, IMBA has helped build more than 5,000 trails, worked with more than 200 affiliate groups, and has more than 200,000 supporters.

As a membership-driven organization and non-profit, CiviCRM is a key component of IMBA’s technology providing a database of users and offering a multitude of membership options. IMBA also relies on CiviCRM for donation management, campaigns, and email marketing. CiviCRM also helps IMBA manage event registration for events throughout the year spread across the county.
