civiservice.de is a Gold level Implementor Partner and has supported CiviCRM consistently since 7 April, 2021.
civiservice.de specializes in CiviCRM support for small and medium-sized non-profit organizations. We have been working with CiviCRM since 2011 – initially as users, and later by founding the association “Software für Engagierte e.V.”. In the meantime, civiservice.de has accompanied the introduction of CiviCRM at around 90 organizations, and provides hosting for most of them and manages these CiviCRM installations as part of a support contract.
civiservice.de offers a comprehensive range of services: From the implementation concept, installation and configuration, the preparation and migration of data from old systems, the adaptation of the system, the selection of suitable extensions and customizing for specific requirements, to the instruction and training of users and ongoing support. As we were originally CiviCRM users ourselves, we are able to understand the requirements and perspectives of non-profit organizations and support them in the implementation of best practices.
